Dysgu i Arwain

Hybu Dysgu i Arwain is a programme for young people aged 18-25 who dream of supporting and encouraging others to work for the benefit of those around them.  Training is continuous as members of the programme join the staff team of Hybu, and learn to lead in real situations.

The practical experience includes:

• Leading the training and volunteering for Hybu Pobl Ifanc.
• Developing projects with children aged 5-11.
• Developing projects with young people aged 11-15.
• Developing projects with local communities.

Hybu is seeking to build on this by developing a Community Internship Programme providing a wider and deeper experience.
